We’re thrilled to announce a brand-new offering at Freshcoln Farms: Zinnia seedlings!

These aren’t just any zinnias — we’ve carefully selected pastel-hued varieties that are true cut flower must-haves.

You won’t find these delicate, farm-favorite blooms at your typical nursery or big box garden center. But don’t be confused be the term “delicate”. These zinnias are anything but! They’re a cut and come again flower - meaning the more you cut, the more they grow. They also thrive is any soil type!

These beauties are grown right here at our farm in Franklinville, NJ, and nurtured with the same care and organic growing practices we use across all of our crops.

Why We Love Zinnias (and You Will Too!):

  • Perfect for Bouquets: Their long, sturdy stems and soft colors make them ideal for fresh-cut arrangements all summer long.

  • Pollinator Paradise: Butterflies, bees, and birds can’t resist them — and neither will you!

  • Heat Tolerant & Easy to Grow: These blooms are made for our New Jersey summers and are incredibly forgiving, even for beginners.

  • Multi-Purpose Magic: Enjoy them fresh or dry the blooms to save for fall decor, crafts, or seeds for next year.

And the best part?

Zinnias are just the start!

We’re rolling out even more cut flower seedlings grown right here on our farm — including Dahlias, Celosia, Strawflower, and Snapdragons. All hand-selected for heat tolerance, ease of growth, and their ability to double as dried flowers for later use.

Whether you’re dreaming of armfuls of blooms, attracting pollinators to your garden, or simply filling your world with more color, these farm-grown starter plants are here to help you make it happen.
